WHAT IS IT?

Occasional anxiety is an expected part of life. You might feel anxious, like having butterflies in your stomachache, excessive worrying, difficulty focusing in class or problems with sleep, when faced with a problem at work, before taking a test, or before making an important decision. The symptoms can interfere with daily activities such as job performance, school work, and relationships.

How Do I Deal With It?

To start, you are not alone, Anxiety is one of the most common mental health challenges that people face. Experiencing Anxiety does not necessarily mean that you have a disorder or that there is anything wrong with you. A certain amount of Anxiety is normal and healthy.
