Everyday is going to be different but there are the things that should happen every day you work (in no specific order):
Respond to any messages from owners, colleagues or tenants. Ideally no more than 24 hours unless it's a weekend and then the next business day.
Review any work orders that came in on Appfolio, confirm that all the details are included and then assign them to either our in-house team or a subcontractor. Let the tenant know who will be handling it for them.
Respond to any guest cards either by text, email or phone depending on your preferred methodology.
Process any bills received and submit to Lisa M. for processing.
Review any other mail received and handle as appropriate.
