Guidance  for  initial registration


Rikkyo Status of Residence Management System “IRIS” 

【Inbound Rikkyo International Students (IRIS)】

Access here (https://iris.rikkyo.ac.jp/sp/login)and follow the instructions to complete initial registration. When you change your address/phone number, please update your information of Section 1. "Personal information" each time.

① Login Account/Password to the IRIS

Enter your email address and your password to login IRIS.

2022 Fall enrollees: Personal e-mail account (self-signed e-mail address) 

Other current students: V-campus ID e-mail (student ID@rikkyo.ac.jp


Password

2022 Spring and Fall enrollees: Password set by yourself

Current students (enrolled prior to 2021): Password set by yourself if you have changed it. If not changed, initial password is 8-digit date of birth (Your DOB is 1990/1/1→PW is 19900101)

② Click the "Applicant data" button and enter your information to "1 Personal Information". 

Please click the "save changes" button (per item) to save your record so that you can resume entering information some time later. 

※Please notify your updated address/phone number to the Academic Affairs Office.

③You are supposed to receive a message from "IRIS" asking your current location. Please access to the top page of IRIS and reply.

Current location is JAPAN

Select "Japan"

・Enter the latest arrival date and click the "input your current location" button. 


Current location is OUTSIDE Japan

・Select "Outside Japan" and enter the current location (country/region).

・Enter your "Japan departure date"

※If you have never landed in Japan, please enter a tentative departure date "2001/1/1".

・Click "input your current location" button.

※Please DO NOT enter an arrival date at this point when screen arrival date shows up. After your arrival in Japan, please enter an actual arrival date.

④ Registration of your residence card

Then you are requested to upload your residence card (both sides) from the top page. Click the "Residence card" and upload both sides of the card.
