Professional Learning Leadership Opportunities

Professional Learning Strand Leaders are teacher leaders and instructional leaders who design and lead professional learning opportunities on specific dates- August 8th (Professional Learning Conference), October 17th, and January 3rd. Rock Hill Schools Leadership Academy

Rock Hill Schools is committed to developing a high quality pipeline for school and district leadership. To that end, the district provides application-based leadership academies for employees driven to seek advancement into the principalship, assistant principalship, and school and district instructional leadership. Rock Hill Schools Professional Learning Grant Program is designed to financially support the continued professional growth and learning of district educators beyond what may be provided on the school level. Read to Succeed for Administrators and Counselors

May 31, 2022-June 28, 2022

This class is designed for middle and high school administrators and counselors who need to obtain the required R2S endorsement. Participants must attend the first face-to-face session on May 31st from 8:30 - 11:30. The other four sessions are virtual, asynchronous. The course is worth 60 recertification points.
