Rock Hill Schools Professional Learning Grant Program is designed to financially support the continued professional growth and learning of district educators beyond what may be provided on the school level. Professional Learning Grant applications will be accepted and awarded twice annually during fall and spring grant cycles. Please note the following regarding all professional learning grants:
One grant awarded per applicant per school year.
All grant recipients should be prepared to submit an "Evidence of Completion and Impact" form after funds have been consumed. The form will allow grant recipients to document how funds were spent and to share evidence of the impact of the professional learning experience for which grant funds were used. Proposals may not be considered for applicants who received grant awards in the past and did not submit final evidence documents.
Proposals that will not be considered include but are not limited to tuition for courses for graduate degree programs, application fees for National Board Certification, study abroad or residency programs, fees/reimbursement for travel, meals or lodging, or partial payments for any allowable grant project expenses (courses, conference registration, professional texts, etc).
