Polyurethane model board in a high density rigid material suitable for patterns, models, and moulds.
M600 is tough to hand carve but can be accurately machined using manual or CNC machine tools.
It offers durability and excellent surface finishing potential.
It is water repellant and will float.
Machining to a finished surface is relatively time efficient
It has a closed biscuit like cellular structure.
When sanded, it creates fine dust. Scratches in the surface require filling and sanding.
Thinner details less than 10mm thick will flex but can snap giving a sharp edge.
