Heat the pellets in water to over 62°C ,Leave the pellets to melt in water until they turn transparent, Carefully remove the pellets from the water and mould by hand (add colour at this stage if required) Allow the Polymorph to cool until hardenen. Sets in 10 minutes.
Re-heat if further moulding is required (use a hair dryer or heat gun to re-heat and soften, then re-shape) Sets much harder than silicone.
Some uses include orthopaedic splints, ergonomic handles, moulds for vacuum forming, trainer/shoe components and sports protective clothing. Model making, fix for broken items.
Poly morph can be painted , drilled, varnished.
Poly morph is non toxic. You can re-use the material to form into new object. Biodegradable in soil over a long period of time.
Under no circumstances should Polymorph be moulded around parts of the body, risking the danger of it hardening in position.
Take care when boiling to water with a kettle.
Wear protective heat resistant gloves when suing a heat gun.
