Many people feel that one person can’t make a difference, but I believe otherwise. One person can make a difference, and in fact can change the world. To start, you can begin with changing someone else’s world, whether it be giving a simple compliment, or a small act of kindness. Saying I appreciate you can put a sincere smile onto someone’s face, which is what I achieved when I showed acts of kindness to random parade members in the Orange County Heritage Parade.
