Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) - The Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) is an excellent opportunity for independent learners to delve deep into a topic of their choice. Sports Leadership Award - A recognised qualification, for students with a passion for physical activity and teamwork, the Sports Leadership award offers valuable opportunities to develop essential skills. Peter Jones Tycoon Enterprise Competition - This national competition provides students with hands-on experience in entrepreneurship. Charity Work
At QPCS, we encourage our students to become active citizens and make a positive impact on their community. Through participation in charitable activities, students develop empathy, responsibility, and valuable skills in event planning, teamwork, and leadership.
To further foster a culture of giving back, we annually appoint a Charity Ambassador. This student-led role empowers an individual to oversee fundraising initiatives, introduce innovative ideas, and inspire their peers. Culture

Creative Arts

Sport
The school's extensive sports facilities, including a state-of-the-art 3G pitch, large grass pitches, and a well-equipped indoor sports hall and gymnasium, provide ample opportunities for year-round sporting activities. Our dedicated team of PE teachers offers a diverse range of sports teams for sixth-form students, who have consistently achieved success in both national and local competitions.
Our sixth-form boys' and girls' football teams are highly competitive, regularly dominating the Brent League. The school also boasts strong teams in netball, basketball, athletics, and badminton, with a proud history of sporting success. This success is celebrated at our annual Sports Awards Evening where invited alumni, who have progressed into the sporting world, return to QPCS to inspire current students. Sixth-form students actively contribute to the school community by volunteering as coaches and mentors for lower-school sports clubs. Additionally, the annual winter ski trip to France offers students of all ages a thrilling adventure.
