I took this photo while doing the low-key project. I lightroom the make the photo black and white and created a better contrast between the subject and background and used the mask tools to make the background completely black. I liked this photo because I was able to blur her finger which was in the foreground and also the lighting was perfectly set to make her fact stand out more that everything.
This week's challenge was movement. I took this photo of me dribbling a basketball. I set my camera to a 10 second timer and captured the movement. I then used lightroom to create a greater contrast and converted it to black and white. I liked this photo because I caught a picture of me looking straight at the camera and I really enjoy playing basketball
This photo was taken during spring break outside of my house. It was raining one day and after it started to drizzle, I went outside to get some photos. I saw this puddle and saw the reflection of the sky and trees in the water and decided to take a photo. I used lightroom to bring out the colors in the sky and make the shape of the tree more prominent. I liked this photo because it was unlike other photos I had taken and I liked how I used the water to compose the photo.
I took this photo at my cousin's house. They have a low hanging light and I decided to control the amount of light that went into the camera to make the filament more visible and get the details of the light as a whole. I liked how I was able to use my camera properly to control the light because photography is all about controlling the light.
