The rule of thirds is a grid that indicates where a subject of a photo should be within the photograph to make the photo more visually appealing. The subject should be placed where a horizontal and vertical line intersect. For this assignment, we had to choose an object and take 10 photographs of it using the rule of thirds. I chose an Apple Jack toy that I have had since I have around seven years old. I took Apple Jack around various places in my house and nature to capture her using the rule of thirds to make her and the background visually appealing. I used Lightroom to adjust some of the colors and brightnesses.
