Panography a style of photography that allows people to take multiple small photos and put them together to make a larger photo. The beauty of this style is its imperfection. Panographic photos generally lack the "normal" proportions and style that objects have. This assignment was an in school assignment meaning all the photos had to be taken in the school during class time. The main photograph for this assignment had to by 7x9, totaling in 63 individual photos.
This image was taken of a mural on the walls of the school. This was my "trial" photography that was only a five by five shot. This represents panography because there were multiple smaller photographs that made the bigger photo, but the mural is not perfectly shown in the compilation of the smaller photos. The mural is still identifiable, but not perfect. This overall photo was made up of 25 individual photographs.
This image was taken of a row of lockers in the school. This represents panography because I used smaller portion of an object- in this case the lockers- to create the image once again, but in a more imperfect manner. Although the picture isn't perfect, the lockers are still identifiable.
