For this project, we had to utilize long exposure by decreasing our shutter speed. This allows for the camera sensor to process over a period of time to make it seem as light was moving if the camera. If the camera stays still and light or an object moves, then the light will appear as it is moving. I have taken many pictures at school, on the street, and some using the LED lights in my room to get patterns made by moving my camera
