Concept: I did a basic wash before with orange juice before drawing, so there is a pale yellow color underneath the watercolor paint. I used bright orangish pink color to paint the contour of orange and light yellow of inside details.

Scent: orange

Concept: For this project, we want to really make it "out of the box" not only physically, but also to think it more than the box. So we turned it into a mouth—a Pratt student's mouth. We used the scent and decorations that we think belong to a Pratt student's mouth.

Material: cardboard, clay, paint, a small magnifying class for observation

Sound: chewing, swallowing, restaurant noise

Scent: tomato, smoke, toothpaste, coffee, lipstick

Concept: I made this mask with rosemary. We saty at home more often than before, so we need some green and fresh to light our day.

Scent: rosemary

Concept: I used many tea bags and each had different flavors, because I don't think one or two flavors or objects can tell all about me. I have many different sides.

Scent: orange, vanilla, chamomile, peppermint, honey, lemon, etc., and tea, of course

Concept: "Clothes Maketh the Man."

We brought our favorite clothes, the ones can represent us, or the ones that we wear most often.

Scent: smoke, burning sage/wood

Concept: The music we chose is called "Ghost," and after listening to it, we want to create a video that resonates with the feelings we had and echoes the name of this music.

Sound: waves of ocean, Ghost

Scent: ocean, smoke, rose

Concept: I imagined that I am in a bakery having breakfast. I had a cup of tea and a croissant.

Sound: water, glass cup, chewing, eating, swallowing, piano

Scent: vanilla, cinnamon, coffee

Sound: wind, leaves, birds, bees, touching, walking, talking

The scene I tried to create is that two people in love are saying goodbye in a garden. The wind and fallen leaves add the tragic atmosphere to them.

Scent: light floral, dark woods, rose, body, heavy floral

Concept: Witches are not all bad. Salem witches actually follow a wide variety of peace, and they do not worship satan.

For my project, I made a witch hat with black and green fabric. The black part can cover their face and the green part means new life. Witches can wear the hat to replace their formal rituals.

Scent: smoke, resinous, heavy floral, dark woods, smoke (tincture), grapefruit

Besides the stereotipical scent we think of witches, such as smoke, dark woords, and resin, I also added floral and grapefruit to represent their youth of life, and they are as normal as other people.

Concept: Because herbs are often used in magic, I chose to use rosemary as the vessel to hold my magic potion, and it also can be the magic potion itself.

I used a book to press the rosemary and left them there for a couple of days, and I glued them together forming a boat shape. The scented liquid drops were dripped inside the boat.

Scent: body, dark woods, green, light floral, rosemary

Concept: This is a womb-shaped installation made of resin, bubble wrap and some miniature figures. The idea came from birds' nests. Many things and places can be a sanctuary for us, but I want to date back to the time when we were still in our mother's womb. Like birds' nests, the womb is where we were born, and it provides us safety, protection, warmth, nutrition, etc., so at least for me, the womb offers me most sanctuary to help me start my life.

in order to create a sense of newborn and warmth

Green: tea, tree bark, rose, jasmine, peppermint

Sweet: vanilla bean, cinnamon, grapefruit peel, salt

Smoke: tobacco, rolling paper, tree bark, peppermint, coffee beans

Skin: body lotion, shampoo, salt, laundry detergent, softener, body wash

I also made a pure rose scent and a pure coffee scent.
