We still need Event Chairs for next year!

Our PTA programs and events are part of what makes Valley View such a special community, and they happen because parents and caregivers like you volunteer their time and talents. We are currently looking for Event Chairs (also called Committee Leads) for several programs next year. Identifying volunteer leaders early helps ensure these programs have the time and support needed to be successful.  No experience is necessary— the PTA board will provide support along the way.

Event Committee Leads play an important role in bringing PTA programs and events to life. Committee Leads help turn ideas into reality, build connections among families, and create memorable experiences for our students.  

Much of the planning and coordination can be done from home as you coordinate volunteers, communicate with committee members, and help keep planning on track. Most importantly, you don't have to do it alone—the PTA Board and community volunteers are here to support you every step of the way.

Whether you're a longtime volunteer or getting involved for the first time, we'd love to have you on the team.  

Fall Committee Leads Needed:
- Book Club (Fall and Spring 2026-7)
- Meet and Eats/ Community Gatherings (Fall and Spring 2026-7)
- Spanish Book Fair (Fall 2026)
- Canned Food Drive (November 2026)
- Movie Night (September 2026) (1 Co-chair needed)
