CALL FOR PAPERS
Special Session on
Numerical and Analytical Modelling of Engineering and Smart Materials
Under the International Conference on Mathematical Sciences and Computational Intelligence (ICMSCI-2026)
February 20–22, 2026
The Department of Mathematics, P.G.D.A.V. College, University of Delhi, in collaboration with Faculty of Mathematical Sciences, University of Delhi, IIT Mandi and NIT Uttarakhand, cordially invites researchers, academicians, scientists, industry experts, and research scholars to submit their original and unpublished research papers for a Special Session on "Numerical and Analytical Modelling of Engineering and Smart Materials" under the International Conference on Mathematical Sciences and Computational Intelligence (ICMSCI-2026).
This special session provides an interdisciplinary platform for researchers working at the interface of applied mathematics, computational mechanics, and materials engineering. It focuses on advanced numerical, analytical, and semi-analytical methods for modelling and simulation of engineering and smart materials. Emphasis is placed on multiscale, multiphysics, and non-dimensional modelling approaches for conventional, composite, and smart material systems under static and dynamic loading. Contributions bridging theory, computation, and engineering applications are particularly encouraged.
The session aligns strongly with ICMSCI-2026 themes on mathematical modelling, computational intelligence, numerical analysis, and interdisciplinary applications of mathematics in engineering and materials science. It integrates mathematical theory with computational techniques for solving complex real-world problems.
