Participants wishing to present a paper at the conference should electronically submit a concise abstract consisting not more than 300 words. All the abstracts/ full length papers must be written in English language. Once the abstract is accepted, the participant will be asked to complete their Full-Length Manuscript Submission if they intend to publish it in the indexed publications, which are subject to peer review. A message will be issued to the participant based on the reviewer's suggestion.
Manuscript Preparation Guidelines:
Manuscripts must be submitted in MS Word format.
Use 12-point Times New Roman font, one-and-a-half line spacing, and a single-column layout.
The paper should include the following sections:
Title, Author(s) Name(s), Affiliation(s) and Address(es), Abstract (maximum 300 words), Introduction, Formulation, Methodology (Theory and/or Experiment), Results, Conclusions, and References.
Citations must follow the author–number format [xx].
References should be listed in the prescribed format, for example:
A. B. Author, C. D. Author, and E. F. Author, “Title of the Article,” Journal Name, vol. xx, no. xx, pp. xx–xx, year.
All tables and figures must be embedded within the text at appropriate locations.
NOTE: Authors of accepted abstracts are invited to submit their full papers as per the conference template and guidelines. Submissions must be original and unpublished. All papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process, and selected papers will be accepted for presentation and considered for publication in the conference proceedings and associated special issues. At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the work at the conference.
Please note that in the case of a paper with multiple authors, each author will receive a certificate only if they have individually registered for and attended the conference. Otherwise, the certificate will be issued solely to the presenting author.
