CALL FOR PAPERS
Special Session on
Big Data Analytics and Computational Intelligence in Bioinformatics
Under the International Conference on Mathematical Sciences and Computational Intelligence (ICMSCI-2026)
February 20–22, 2026
The Department of Mathematics, P.G.D.A.V. College, University of Delhi, in collaboration with Faculty of Mathematical Sciences, University of Delhi, IIT Mandi and NIT Uttarakhand, cordially invites researchers, academicians, scientists, industry experts, and research scholars to submit their original and unpublished research papers for a Special Session on " Big Data Analytics and Computational Intelligence in Bioinformatics" under the International Conference on Mathematical Sciences and Computational Intelligence (ICMSCI-2026).
The integration of Big Data Analytics and Computational Intelligence in the field of Bioinformatics is the topic of discussion during this special session. The purpose of this research initiative is to investigate cutting-edge approaches for the analysis of large-scale biological data, such as genomic, gene expression, and proteomic datasets. To improve disease prediction, personalised medicine, drug discovery, and biomarker identification, the topics that will be covered include machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modelling techniques. The purpose of this session is to highlight the importance that computational tools play in the processing of complicated biological data, the enhancement of our understanding of biological systems, and the drive of advances in healthcare and biotechnology.
The special session on "Big Data Analytics and Computational Intelligence in Bioinformatics" aligns with the core themes of ICMSCI-2026 by bridging the fields of mathematical sciences, computational intelligence, and biological data analysis. It emphasizes the application of advanced computational techniques, such as machine learning and statistical modeling, to solve complex problems in bioinformatics. This session explores how mathematical and computational methods can be leveraged to analyze large biological datasets, contributing to advancements in healthcare, disease prediction, and personalized medicine. The integration of big data analytics directly complements the conference's focus on computational intelligence and its real-world applications.
