Registration Fees

Note: Additional 20% discount on registration fees is applicable to participants registering on or before December 15th, 2025.

Inclusions: The registration fee covers registration kit, souvenir, abstract presentation and conference hospitality (meals during the event).

Registration is considered complete only after successful payment of the applicable fee.
For international participants, an invoice will be generated in your name and sent along with bank account details to complete the registration process. Please write to icmsci_2026@pgdav.du.ac.in with your details to request the invoice.
Mode of Presentation: International participants may request an online presentation, though in‑person participation is strongly encouraged.

ICMSCI-2026 offers convenient and budget-friendly accommodation options for all participants. Several hotels located near the conference venue provide comfortable stays at affordable rates. These accommodations are available on a payment basis, with multiple choices suited to different preferences and budgets.
In addition, a limited number of low-cost rooms can be arranged at Bharat Sewa Ashram, situated just 400 meters from the venue. These rooms are available at a highly subsidized rate of ₹200 per day and will be allotted on a first-come, first-served and sharing basis.
Participants can write an email to the organising committee to request for accommodation, clearly mentioning their names, phone number, dates on which accommodation is required.
Participants are encouraged to confirm their request for accommodation in advance to ensure availability.
Provision for accompanying persons is also available (against payment and subject to availability)
