Special Discount: A 10% discount on the registration fee will be applicable for participants who register before January 15, 2026.

• Inclusions: The registration fee covers registration kit, souvenir, abstract presentation and conference hospitality (meals during the event).

Note:

• Accommodation will be arranged in Delhi University hostels/guest houses (against payment), subject to availability. Provision for accompanying persons is also available. • Registration is considered complete only after successful payment of the applicable fee.

• For international participants, an invoice will be generated in your name and sent along with bank account details to complete the registration process. Please write to icmsci_2026@pgdav.du.ac.in with your details to request the invoice.

• Mode of Presentation: International participants may request an online presentation, though in‑person participation is strongly encouraged.
