CALL FOR PAPERS
Special Session on
Artificial Intelligence and Mathematical Modelling for Environmental Sustainability
Under the International Conference on Mathematical Sciences and Computational Intelligence (ICMSCI-2026)
February 20–22, 2026
The Department of Mathematics, P.G.D.A.V. College, University of Delhi, in collaboration with Faculty of Mathematical Sciences, University of Delhi, IIT Mandi and NIT Uttarakhand, cordially invites researchers, academicians, scientists, industry experts, and research scholars to submit their original and unpublished research papers for a Special Session on "Artificial Intelligence and Mathematical Modelling for Environmental Sustainability" under the International Conference on Mathematical Sciences and Computational Intelligence (ICMSCI-2026).
This Special Session focuses on the role of Artificial Intelligence in addressing critical environmental sustainability challenges. It aims to bring together researchers and practitioners working on AI-driven solutions for climate change mitigation, environmental monitoring, sustainable resource management, smart agriculture,
renewable energy, and pollution control. The session encourages contributions that integrate machine learning, deep learning, optimization, and data analytics with environmental sciences. Emphasis is placed on innovative models, real-world applications, and interdisciplinary approaches that support sustainable development goals and environmentally responsible decision-making.
The proposed Special Session strongly aligns with the core themes of ICMSCI-2026 by integrating Artificial Intelligence, Computational Intelligence, and Mathematical Sciences to address environmental sustainability challenges. The session emphasizes the development and application of mathematical models, optimization techniques, machine learning algorithms, and data-driven intelligence for climate analysis, resource management, renewable energy optimization, and environmental monitoring. By fostering interdisciplinary research at the intersection of mathematics, computation, and intelligent systems, the session supports ICMSCI-2026’s objective of advancing theoretical foundations and practical innovations in computational intelligence with significant societal and environmental impact.
