As a reflective person by nature, it is important to me to evaluate the effectiveness of my work, and to continue to adapt and grow to meet the needs of those whom I serve. This portfolio has been an excellent tool for me to examine what I've done this year through the lens of the Danielson Framework for Instructional Specialists. Not only has it been a platform for celebrating accomplishments, but it has also provided opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.

Although one key to achieving higher levels of mastery on the PSD evaluation model is sustainability, after a couple of years of very active attendance and presenting at conferences, I chose to slow down and focus on my daily work here at PSD -- that on-going, job-embedded professional development that truly transforms the culture of coaching and learning. My influence this year may be less obvious, but it is equally, if not more, impactful.
