COURSE DESCRIPTION

This fully-online Capstone will examine the issues relevant to the lived experiences of transgender and nonbinary individuals and the associated socio-political climate for this population in the U.S.  Students will collaborate digitally with a national trans archive to transcribe recorded oral histories aimed at increasing access to trans narratives as well as deepening awareness and solidarity with those who are transgender and/or nonbinary.
