Quarterly Progress Reports
The Quarterly Progress Report (QPR) is how DREAM Trainees self-report completion of Program Requirements. You will also have a chance to report any additional information that you believe the program should know when considering any incomplete program requirements.
General Information
Requirement: Submit QPR at the end of each term, including summer.
What is the QPR?
The Quarterly Progress Report (QPR) is closely tied to the Scholar Agreement
The QPR asks Trainees to self-report their completion of program requirements.
The QPR gives Trainees a chance to provide information relevant to incomplete program requirements.
Information provided may factor into Scholar Success Committee’s consideration when issuing Scholar Success Plans (SSPs) but does not guarantee that you will not receive an SSP or other changes to Trainee standing/status.
