January 7th: Last day to complete Fall 2023 RLC Hours
January 15th: Submit your timekeeping document
January 17th: Last day to complete tasks required for Dec. Stipend (stipend trainees)
Submit outstanding Fall MRFs (October-Dec)
January 31st:
January Stipend or paycheck processed *
Tax information for CIMR Financial Support Provided
February Dates
February 15th: February timekeeping document is due
February 29th: February stipend is processed*
March Dates
March 15th:
March timekeeping document is due
Winter Quarterly Progress Report Due
March 29th: March paycheck or stipend is processed*
*As long as your timekeeping documents are submitted on time.
