Seek help by notifying DREAM & URISE faculty/staff promptly when any challenges arise which may compromise DREAM commitments
Note - If you are unable to respond for a period of time, please email to let us know. If you need more time than a deadline allows please ask for more time and DREAM may be able to accommodate.
Meetings with CIMR Staff
You will have meetings with CIMR staff and their RLC throughout their time in your program
If you are going to be late or need to reschedule it is very important that you let the person know BEFORE the meeting (except in extreme circumstances)
YouCanBookMe offers an easy button to reschedule any meeting (in the meeting confirmation you receive at booking) - please use it when needed
Missing a meeting without notification can have an impact on the staff member's work day, so it's always best to keep everyone informed!

Monthly Emails (usually around the 10th of the month)
MTUs contain IMPORTANT information you need as a Trainee
Make sure you read each month’s update in a timely manner
Emails with a lot of information can be overwhelming. You can schedule a meeting with your main program contact to review the information
Topics: Updates on financial support including disbursement updates, Enrollment reminders, Timesheet/MRFs reminders, Information about summer programming, and more!
Mandatory Reporting Obligations
CIMR faculty and staff adhere to Faculty & Staff Reporting Obligations, including Mandatory Reporting, Campus Safety Policies and Procedures and reporting discrimination or harassment, including sexual harassment and sexual misconduct/assault.
If a Trainee may be dangerous or intends to harm themselves or others, staff are required to share information immediately with appropriate campus, state and/or local authorities. Staff must also contact the Trainee Executive Leadership Team immediately so that any additional steps can be taken to ensure the safety of all PSU students.
If a Trainee wishes to speak to a confidential support person, here are some resources.
