Week beginning - Monday 6th October 2025
Take a peek at all the amazing things we've been learning this week!Â
It has been yet another busy week in Year 3 with all of our classes gearing up in preparation for our end of module action next Friday - the Year 3 Museum. The children have been researching, discovering, making and presenting the various exhibitions that are currently under development and having a great time doing it. We don't want to spoil the surprise for you, so we guess you'll just have to come along to see next Friday...

For showing resilience and taking risks in all your lessons this week. You have pushed yourself in maths lessons, trying out more and more challenging questions. In your writing you have taken great care to make sure your work included as many aspects of our Inquiry as you could fit in! Superb effort Freddie - keep it up!

For being an excellent communicator. You have carefully planned and written a detailed diary about waking up in the Stone Age. Your writing is well organised, contains plenty of time conjunctions to link your ideas and you clearly expressed how you were feeling at each part of your adventure. Well done Lena!

Jamie has been a risk-taker and a real thinker this week. Jamie has put lots of effort into his Maths work, using manipulatives to solve addition and subtraction problems. This focus has allowed Jamie to really improve his accuracy. Keep going!
