Genevieve has been working very hard preparing to shows with two groups recently. She performed in her Christmas show with her drama group and also performed in her Acro gymnastics display 4 times. She has improved her confidence and skills in both groups and we are very proud of her achievements.
Frankie had 3 sessions back to back doing her Christmas performance for gymnastics. She received her medal and performed brilliantly.
Leon recently completed a distance swimming session and swam an amazing 4000 meters in two hours! This is a big achievement for him. Leon has officially joined the RTW Monson Swimming Squad, and we are extremely proud of him.
What an end to the year our Young Carers have had. We were very honoured to be asked by Trinity Theatre to help with the set design of their latest production, Nativity. Beautiful stars were produced in red and gold by all, each packed with unique touches. Trinity sent through some pictures of them all hung around the stage bringing the set to life. We also have our own personalised thank you in the Trinity Theatre foyer as well as some of the stars on display for a closer look!
We ended the year full of joy at our KFC Christmas Party. Biscuits were decorated, presents shared with movies and Christmas tunes filling the air! A huge thank you to Waitrose for their donation.
We wish all our Young Carers and their families a Merry Christmas.
Another year, and another fantastic range of talents on show. This year we were treated to gymnasts, dancers, singers, magicians, puppeteers and musicians, all of whom took to the stage with confidence and enthusiasm. I am incredibly proud of every single performer who had the courage to perform in front of a packed hall. The contest was extremely tight, but I am delighted to announce that we have a winner!

#WakeUpWednesday is a campaign by the National Online Safety organisation. It's designed to help parents and carers stay informed about the latest online trends and platforms that their children might be using.
Every Wednesday, a new guide or resource is released, offering simple tips and advice on how to keep children safe online. These guides cover a range of topics, from popular apps and games to general online safety issues like cyberbullying and privacy. The goal is to start a conversation between adults and children about staying safe in the digital world.
We will upload these guides/resources here every week.
