Week beginning - Monday 15th December 2025
Take a peek at all the amazing things we've been learning this week!
What a fantastic second module it has been for our amazing EYFS children! This module, we have been delving deep into how different cultures express themselves through celebrations. The children have enjoyed so many wonderful learning opportunities, including having our own class birthday parties, visiting the local church to understand community spaces, and even a visit to see Santa. We were also thrilled that the children experienced Forest School for the first time, where they learned important safety skills and successfully lit their own fire!
A massive well done must go to every child for their magnificent Nativity performances this week. You all did an absolutely amazing job and made us so incredibly proud.
Next module we will be focusing on journeys. Our first line of Inquiry is centered on the journeys people make. If you make any special journeys over the holidays please send in a photograph for us to share in class.
We wish you a wonderful rest and a very Merry Christmas!

Elliot was a confident performer in our Nativity this week. She was a risk taker being so confident using the actions for the songs and moving her body in time to the music. It looked like you were so happy to be performing in front of an audience. You truly shone on stage.
Goldings
Riley was an absolute star in our Nativity! She truly shone as a brilliant performer on stage. We were so impressed by her resilience and confidence. She had one of the loudest and clearest voices we could hear throughout the entire show. A huge well done for a wonderful performance!

Emilia has been fantastic this week singing all our nativity songs and learning her lines. She has also been a risk taker by trying new things and enjoying them. Well done Emilia I am very proud of you!
