Coach Interaction Log

***** For full compensation, coaches should log a minimum of 1800 minutes per coachee by April 24, 2026. Coach stipends will be paid in late June 2026.***** 

A checkpoint for fall Interaction Log Minutes is January 9, 2026, though stipends will be processed at the end of the year. 

Coaches can track the full record of their interaction logs using our 25-26 Interaction Log Dashboard (to be added here once it's ready!). Log in with username: first.last and your OUSD email password. 

The minutes documented by the Interaction Log are required for coach stipends, for all teachers to earn possible PGUs/CEUs, and specifically for Induction teachers to earn program credit and advance toward a clear credential. 

For late teacher/coach matches, we modify the number of expected minutes by your match date:

• Aug - Sept 12 (full year stipend): 900 min by Jan, 1800 min by April

• Sept 13 - Oct 10 (full year stipend): 675 min by Jan, 1575 min by April

• Oct 11 - Oct 24 (full year stipend): 450 min by Jan, 1350 min by April

• Oct 25 - Dec 19 (half year stipend): 900 min by April

• Dec 20 and later (half year stipend): 675 min by April
