Coach Interaction Log

***** For full compensation, coaches should log a minimum of 1800 minutes per coachee by April 23, 2027. Coach stipends will be paid in late June 2027.***** 

A checkpoint for fall Interaction Log Minutes is January 8, 2027, though stipends will be processed at the end of the year. 

Coaches can track the full record of their interaction logs using our 26-27 Interaction Log Dashboard (coming soon!). Log in with username: first.last and your OUSD email password. 

The minutes documented by the Interaction Log are required for coach stipends, for all teachers to earn possible PGUs/CEUs, and specifically for Induction teachers to earn program credit and advance toward a clear credential. 

For late teacher/coach matches, we modify the number of expected minutes by your match date:

• Aug - Sept 11 (full year stipend): 900 min by Jan, 1800 min by April

• Sept 14 - Oct 9 (full year stipend): 675 min by Jan, 1575 min by April

• Oct 12 - Oct 23 (full year stipend): 450 min by Jan, 1350 min by April

• Oct 26 - Dec 18 (half year stipend): 900 min by April

• Dec 21 and later (half year stipend): 675 min by April
