Understands and interacts effectively with others across lines of difference by being aware of individual world views and are curious and humble toward others - socially conscious.

Able to take in, process, and share information and ideas orally, in writing, and through technology. They use their voices to advocate for what they believe in.

Social & Emotional Wellness

Is resilient through understanding and managing emotions, setting and achieving positive goals, feels and shows empathy for others, and establishes but also maintains positive relationships.

Adaptability

Knows that change is the only constant in life and therefore has the ability to learn and unlearn to adjust to new conditions with integrity to personal values.

Responsible Decision Making

Does the right thing by acting with ethics, initiative, and accountability by using personal power to care for self and others civically, financially, and through the use of technology.

Perseverance

Can do hard things, embraces productive struggle, and persists with determination to achieve set goals.
