CS Week 2025 x Q3 WOW Awards: Mission Possible Celebration

What an incredible celebration of passion, teamwork, and excellence! CS Week 2025 brought out the best in our customer service champions — highlighting the heart of what we do every day: creating meaningful connections and delivering WOW moments with every interaction. 

Capping off the celebration was the Q3 2025 WOW Awards, where we recognized our outstanding performers who went above and beyond to make a difference. From top-notch service to exceptional teamwork, these winners truly embody what it means to WOW — with dedication, positivity, and heart.

     In celebration of Philippine Independence Day, we embraced the spirit of nationalism by proudly wearing our Baro’t Saya and Modern Terno with grace, creativity, and pride. This vibrant display of culture reflects the beauty of our heritage and how tradition can shine in modern times.

A Taste of Tradition 

      In observance of the Lenten season, we embraced the spirit of reflection, simplicity, and community by sharing a meaningful treat with everyone. As part of our tradition, employees received servings of Benignit and Biko two classic Filipino delicacies often enjoyed during this solemn time of year.  This simple gesture was more than just food - it was a celebration of culture, faith, and unity. Mangrove and Coastal Cleanup 

        Our recent Mangrove and Coastal Cleanup was a meaningful step in preserving our local environment and protecting marine biodiversity. Volunteers gathered along the shoreline with one mission in mind to restore the natural beauty of our coast and support the vital mangrove ecosystem that serves as a sanctuary for countless marine species.

        The recently concluded Christmas Festival was a heartwarming celebration that perfectly captured the spirit of the season, bringing employees together for a day of joy, camaraderie, and inspiration. Among the many memorable moments, the two standout highlights were the showcase of agents' talents and the highly anticipated Annual Excellence Awards. Christmas Festival was a perfect blend of recognition, talent, and holiday cheer, leaving everyone with a sense of pride, gratitude, and anticipation for the year ahead.
