Buy More Save More
Step 1: Navigate to AMS Main Screen
Go to the Current Auction screen in AMS.
Look for Buy More Save More discount details displayed on the main screen.
For LIVE TV and recently aired auctions, discount details will appear under the item description.
Step 2: Understand Quantity Options
Customers can:
Secure more than one quantity of the same item.
Secure each quantity for multiple options.
Discounts apply to:
Multiple quantities of one item.
Each quantity across different options.
Step 3: Check Discount Percentage
The discount percentage will be visible on the auction page.
Step 4: Verify on TV Presentation
During TV presentations, the Buy More Save More option will be shown on-screen.
Step 5: Review Order Summary
After adding items to the cart, check the Order Summary for discount details.
Step 6: Confirm in Order History
Agents can verify the applied discount in the Order History section.

Mandatory Adherence to Escalation Protocol for Payment Taken Orders
It has been observed again that expedited shipping concerns are being incorrectly escalated for orders in "Payment Taken" status.
Please note: if an item is not invoiced or shows as "Partial Manifest" (no allotment), it means invoicing hasn't occurred.
In such cases, check stock in AMS (Item Search tab).
If in stock and not invoiced after 3–5 working days, cancel and re-place the order (non-preorders only).
If out of stock, inform the customer that shipping is delayed due to unavailability.
This process must be followed before escalating to the warehouse team. Please ensure strict adherence moving forward.

New Registration Update
In the section where we ask about Roku and Fire TV, the order has now been updated to:
👉 FIRE TV & ROKU (everything else in the script remains unchanged).
Please update your approach when asking customers about how they are watching ShopLC on TV.
Instead of asking: “How are you watching us on TV?”
Please ask: “Where did you discover ShopLC from? Was it through Cable, Antenna, Fire TV & Roku, or did you find us through an advertisement on a program (for example, Comedy Central, etc.)?”
Important:
Proactively provide all four options to the customer.
Do not ask for any further details beyond these options.

Agents are advised not to send cancellation requests for invoiced orders via personal messages on Teams. We have a dedicated group chat titled "Invoiced Order Cancellation", and all such requests must be shared in that group.
