Club Meetings
Here is the schedule and list of meeting locations. Always check the morning announcements for any changes or reminders.
Club Summit
Every month a representative from each club will attend Club Summit. The summit is a meeting held by the Vice Principal where club representatives:
share updates about their activities
discuss ideas for upcoming events
learn from each other's successes and setbacks
collaboratively schedule events to maximize participation and success
have a chance to consult with the Vice Principal about club ideas, procedures, and events
Club Procedures & Guidelines
Would you like to start a club? Awesome! Here are the details:
clubs must have a JMSS staff advisor
the club's staff advisor will register the club with the office
club meetings can begin after approval is given by the Principal or Vice Principal
the staff advisor will create a Google Classroom for club communication - join codes can be found in the Library or through the staff advisor
any posters advertising the club and its events must be signed by the office, and posted on bulletin boards
do not post your posters on windows or doors
one representative from the club must attend the monthly Club Summit
club events must be approved by the Principal or Vice Principal - complete the Special Events Planning form with your event's details and needs
