Elementary students who are learning remotely will use their virtual classroom to access learning resources & information from their teacher, along with Seesaw and/or Google Classroom. Intermediate and High School students will be using Canvas.

Students and families who need technical support can submit a ticket using the form on their student Chrome bookmarks or iPads.

In addition, support from our Technology Help Desk is available during the school day by calling 262-560-2126 or emailing helpdesk@oasd.org.

When emailing or calling the help desk, please let us know the student name, grade and school they attend.

For those who do not have reliable internet access at home, please contact our help desk to request a hotspot.

To prepare for a successful remote learning experience, we recommend the following:

  • Find a designated spot to learn and have any needed materials ready for the day

  • Use headphones during Zoom/Google Meet calls

  • Make sure your device is charged for the day

  • Make time for breaks and exercise

  • Ask questions and ask for help when you need it
