I'm locked out of Canvas.

I can't log in to my Canvas account.

1. Always access Canvas through Classlink or the OASD Bookmarks, make sure it is the https://ocon.instructure.com/login/canvas address.

2. The username for Canvas does not include @stu.oasd.org, it's just the portion before the @.

3. If you are using the link above and the correct username and it still doesn't work call 262-560-2126 to have your password reset.

Canvas and Google not Authorizing

Try clearing cookies and cache for the past 4 weeks (it defaults to last 24 hours). Here is a sheet with more detailed instructions.
