The Help Desk is staffed during school hours. If you have trouble or need assistance during non-school hours, please check the Technology & Innovation website for information or please email or call the Help Desk.  Emails and voicemails will be returned the next school day.  Include the the student's name, grade, school, and a description of the issue in your message. When emailing, sharing a picture of the error or issue can be helpful.
