Troubleshooting & How To's

My iPad needs to be updated.

This process could take a little while to complete depending on your wireless speeds. Please feel free to leave the iPad while it downloads and come back to it to initiate the installation. The iPad will restart after the installation.

Please note, the iPad will need to be plugged in and charging when updating.

My iPad has been charging for a long time but the battery percentage is still saying it's not charged that much.

There may be a battery calibration error. If the battery percentage seems off to you after charging, you can restart the iPad by holding down the power button and home button together until you see "Slide to Power Off" and then swiping that to completely turn off the iPad. Then, hold down the power button for a few seconds to turn it back on. Once it is restarted, it will show the actual battery percentage at 100%.

iPad and the printer must be on the same Wi-Fi network. See the Apple Support article About AirPrint.

Getting the following in Seesaw:

On an iOS device, we recommend using the SeeSaw Student Learning App, rather than clicking through Classlink. Once you have the app, choose “I’m a Student” and then enter the text or QR code that your teacher gave you.
