Instructions:
Split players into two teams
Players complete as many tibialis raises and sit ups (elbows to knees) as possible in allocated time (start with 2 minutes)
Player needs to complete 10 tibialis raises in a row
Then drop to the ground and complete 10 sit ups (elbows to knees).
Players are awarded 1 point for each block of 10 they complete.
Add up the totals for each team. Most points wins.
