Fast as possible
Pogo's, Broad, Lateral and Sprint
a) Start with Pogo Jumps
b) Coach calls forward, left or right
c) Athlete in the direction to the call and sticks the landing
d) Coach calls 'GO', athlete reacts and takes off for 5 metres
