2026-2027 School Year FAQs:

• When does the 2026-2027 School Year Start? The first day of school is Monday, August 10th. 

• When Will I Get to See My Schedule for Next Year? Schedules will be available to view on PowerSchool during the first week of August.

• What if I Need to Change My Schedule? Information on how to request a schedule change will come out in August. 

• How Do I sign Up for Community College Classes for the Fall of 2026? Students can register for Fall 2026 college courses by following their dual enrollment processes. All high school students will receive an email from Ms. Peña on the week of April 13th with step-by-step instructions on how to register for a Peralta class. • What if I Need Help with PowerSchool? For help with accessing PowerSchool, please reach out to studentrecords@oakarts.org. 

• How do I Excuse my Student's Absences? For help with attendance matters, please reach out to attendance@oakarts.org.

• Who Can I Contact if I am a New Student or If I Have Other Enrollment Questions? If you have any questions about coming into OSA as a new student or internal transfers, you can reach out to enrollment@oakarts.org.
