WELCOME to the music department

norton hill music

We hope that every child will have positive musical experiences during their time at Norton Hill!

We aim to develop enthusiasm for learning through practical and creative activities. Students will become optimistic that they can master patterns on instruments and will be determined to improve the music they make. Curiosity will be nurtured in an exploration of a variety of styles of music! Our students spend a lot of time in bands and develop empathy, respect and self control by helping and supporting each other during rehearsals.
