NI Driveway Logo (as seen in photo)

The Elementary Positive Behavioral Intervention Supports Team (PBIS) is looking to fundraise money for student rewards (bowling, movie theater, etc.). All the funds raised go right back to the elementary students. 

Please place orders by September 30, 2024. Orders can be placed by completing the order form or emailing elizabeth.carlton@northiowa.org or kendall.melz@northiowa.org. Paintings will take place the weeks of October 7th and October 14th. You will receive a phone call from a staff member the day your logo will be painted.

Payment must be made at the time of painting OR prior to- check or exact cash. The cost is $25. 

Logo will be painted in the center of the driveway unless otherwise stated.
