Friday, December 8th

To commemorate the upcoming winter festivities, NIS held a "Picnic Under The Stars" gathering for elementary students and their parents. There were picnic blankets spread out on the grass field paired with decorative lights, collaborative games, musical performances by our choir group, and even a fundraiser for our fellow teacher assistants. The cool breeze and starry night sky created a perfect atmosphere for the merry event!

As we stepped up, the crowd cheered and beamed with light. Everyone was eager to listen as we prepared to sing our hearts out to them. As we began to sing, the stars glistened and listened along with our beloved families. Everything and everyone fell silent as we sang in unison, warming their hearts and cleansing their minds of distraught and worry. After we've sung our tune and gave our bows, the crowd roared and applauded. Their smiles and noise had enchanted the night. Our felicity filled them with ecstasy. Our night had been made and theirs were still yet to unwind. For this performance was just one of the many fabulous events that very night.
