Happy Friday Bobcats!  This has been an exciting jam packed week here at the intermediate schools.  This week we celebrated our positive TRACKS behaviors with our TRACKS BASH.  Our Spring Forge students enjoyed some “high stakes” BINGO with some fun rewards.   We also celebrated all of the accomplishments our students achieved throughout the second marking period with our Awards Ceremony.   We are proud of our BOBCATS.   Have a great weekend.

SFI PTO NEWS:

• Box Tops for Education Update: We are SO CLOSE to achieving our earnings goal for the school year - and with your continued support, we can reach it! Our goal is to earn $100 through Box Tops this year to help purchase Classroom Supplies. So far, we have reached $80.10! Every Box Tops product counts towards our goal! Let’s work together to get SFI to the finish line.

• Scholastic Book Fair: The Book Fair is Here! 

  • Students can shop during recess starting tomorrow, 1/31, through next Friday, 2/7!

  • Ways to Pay:

• Check (payable to SFI PTO)

• Credit Card (must be in the student’s name)

• eWallet (Note: If your student has an eWallet balance from a previous fair, funds must be transferred to be used for this fair.

• Fundraising Event:  February 13 - Looking for a creative way to let loose? Try Splatter Paint at The Rage Room - York! You can create your masterpiece using watercolor paper, washable tempera paint, and reusable water balloons. Ponchos, shoe covers, and face shields are available upon request.

• SFI Spring Pictures:  Mark your calendars, our Spring pictures are scheduled for March 6th 2025.  Details and flyer to come.  

• Varsity Club Babysitting Fundraiser:  Varsity Club is hosting Date Night Babysitting.  This event will occur from 6:00-9:00 pm on Friday, February 7th.   Children must be potty trained (non-school aged kids) through intermediate school.  Please drop off your child/children at the NHS gym side entrance from 6:00-6:30 pm.  The event will last until 9:00 pm.  There will be food provided and various activities including dodgeball, crafts, and a movie. The cost is $20 for the first child and $10 for each additional child.  Payment is due when children are dropped off (cash or checks made out to Northeastern High School). When you fill out this form, your child's/children's spot(s) will be reserved. Please RSVP by February 5th.  If you have any questions, please contact Jess Mohr (mohrj@nebobcats.org).
