It was a busy week here at the intermediate level. Our staff and students were busy preparing rooms and hallways for our PSSAs. Wednesday evening our intermediate bobcats enjoyed this year's Mini-Mini-Thon. Students spent the evening playing organized games and activities facilitated by our high school students, all in the spirit of raising money to help families as they battle childhood cancer. We kicked off the week with our PSSA Bash on Thursday. Staff and students enjoyed Battle of the Buildings style games and a special song created by our staff.
Please check out the upcoming events below!

REMINDERS
Before your child’s first day of 7th grade, the Pennsylvania Department of Health requires two additional vaccinations to continue attending school. These necessary vaccines include a booster of tetanus, diphtheria, acellular pertussis (Tdap) given after their 11th birthday, and the first dose of meningococcal conjugate vaccine (MCV).
Pennsylvania Public School Code Section 1402. Health Services (e) requires that all students entering the seventh grade receive a dental examination. Click HERE for information.
We need your help! Next year, our 6th graders will be going to BizTown in October and we need volunteers to make this happen. If you are interested in being a volunteer for BizTown, please contact Steph Myers at myersst@nebobcats.org (for SBI students) or Bill Linker at linkerw@nebobcats.org (for SFI students).
See the volunteer sign up form to the left.
Got the Spirit? We want to hear it. See the flyer for information about 6th grade cheerleading tryouts.

BOX TOPS
Helping our school just got even easier! Simply send in your shopping receipts, and we’ll take care of the rest. A Box Tops Drop-Off Box is now located in the school foyer—just drop your receipts in, and our Box Tops Coordinator will scan and upload them each week.
Each eligible item earns 10 cents for our school, and all funds go directly toward purchasing classroom supplies for our students and teachers.
Receipts must be dated within 14 days of submission, but you can black out payment information before dropping them off.
Thank you for your support—every receipt makes a difference!
