Volleyball, Track & Field

Miranda Bradshaw was a dedicated and hard working athlete. She excelled in volleyball and also enjoyed her experience on the Payson Track & Field team. She played PHS volleyball every year of high school, from 2004 to 2007. While in high school, she also participated in the Junior Olympics Volleyball National Championships for multiple years. Her team's highest finish was 10th place in the nation.

After graduating from PHS in 2008, Miranda played volleyball at the University of Utah from 2008 to 2011 and then at Boise State University in 2012. While at the University of Utah, she helped her team win the Mountain West Conference Championship and make it to the Sweet 16 in the NCAA Championship Tournament.

In 2016, Miranda started playing professional volleyball in Denmark for the Brøndby Volleyball Klub. She and her team were Danish National Champions that same year and Runners-up in the Nordic Championships. While in Denmark, she was also an assistant coach for the Københavns Studenter Volley D1 Men's Team. Her adult life has been accented by opportunities to give back to the world of volleyball. In addition to coaching in Denmark, she was a volunteer assistant coach for the Women's Volleyball Team at Utah State University (2015), Co-Founder and Head Coach of the Women's Club Volleyball Team at USU (2015), and a frequent presenter and coach at various youth and club teams and camps. She is also the author of the www.breakoutsports.net blog, where she gives advice to young athletes seeking to break through to the next level.

In 2022, Miranda started a new dream job as the Director of Operations for her alma mater, the University of Utah Women's Volleyball Team.
