The NC Biotechnology Center has just released the internships throughout North Carolina that they are helping to fund this summer. There are so many great ones on this list! You can apply to them in two different ways:
Go to the main application form for undergraduates (linked from any of the internship descriptions), use the dropdown menus to select the ones you are interested in and submit your information and resume one time. Your resume will be automatically forwarded to the individual companies that are hiring interns.
You could write individual cover letters for each internship and fill the form out for as many of the internships as you want to apply to. Some of the internship descriptions are very detailed, others are not, so depending on your interest, it may no be necessary but it could be helpful. At least one of the companies asked for a follow up email indicating specific interests so read the instructions carefully.
Either way, do not delay! These are great internships, mostly in the Triangle, but also a few in Charlotte, Wilmington and Winston Salem. Some do have requirements about your year in school, but most are open to sophomores and up.
