Cadets will do great things, and Cadets will do unimaginative things.
The SNSI and NSI can't always be there to catch every cadet so if you see a cadet doing something great or something wrong you have the opportunity to let us know by filling out one of the report chits. This allows the person or people who did see them document the event.
The walls really do have ears and eyes with this one.....
