The object of the game is to advance the ball down the field with the pass and score by crossing the opposing team's goal line.
Game begins and restarts with one player making a pass to a teammate from inside the hula hoop.
A player who catches the football is permitted 3 steps before making a pass.
When the football hits the ground it results in a turnover.
A turnover means that the defense will now become the offense and vice versa.
When a turnover occurs, the team taking the ball must make a pass from wherever the ball hits the ground.
When a player with the ball runs out of bounds they will keep possession and make a pass from wherever they stepped out of bounds.
A player with the ball has 5 seconds to make a pass after they take their steps. If they hold the ball for longer than 5 seconds it results in a turnover.
A player can score by catching the ball across the goal line or by catching the ball and crossing the goal line using their 3 steps.
A player with the ball is NOT ALLOWED TO BE DEFENDED or GUARDED. Defenders should allow them to throw it and find somebody else to defend.
