COMMUNICATION FROM US TO YOU
We have three main forms of communication. These are designed to provide regular and easy access to the information you need. The details are below:
The Parent Room is our custom site for parents. It contains all of the useful information you need to know about the school. It is updated regularly and should act as an easy place for you to go to find information.
THE LEARNING CURVE NEWSLETTER
Our newsletter is sent out every Friday afternoon and contains news and information about past and upcoming school events as well as articles and celebrations of MBIS students.
Each week the Notice Board section alerts you to upcoming events or important info.
The ISAMS parent portal is used to send out school reports. It also contains information about your child and is private to you.
GOOGLE CLASSROOM
Google classroom
We try to avoid sending out lots of emails to parents so almost all communication will come through the above channels. On occasion we may send extra-ordinary communication directly to you.

The school must be informed if a student is opting out.
Students who have opted out can be collected from Gate 1 or Gate 3 at 3pm.
THE SCHOOL DAY / WEEK
The LaunchPad Early Years Learning Centre
Primary - Year 1 - Year 6
THE SECONDARY SCHOOL
IMPORTANT - The secondary school runs a two week timetable. This means that students will have a different schedule in WEEK A & WEEK B. It is important that students check the current week to ensure they are following the correct timetable.
THE CAR PARK
The organisation of the carpark is essential to the success of drop off and pick up. We have designated areas for the different stakeholders in our school and "drop & learn" fast drop areas. However, the success of processes relies on all members of the school to respect the following:
To act and communicate in line with the school values
To respect the designated areas for parking
To respect "drop & learn" zones
MORNING DROP OFF
Due to the mixed nature of the THRIVE activities we will not be able to run a drive through pick up service at the end of the day. Therefore the "drop and learn" zone indicated on the map above will return to parent parking along with the top long & short stay car park.
GENERAL FAQs
During PE lessons students must wear Mougins School sportswear in the form of the new sports uniform. Students who are not wearing the correct sports clothing will not take part in the lesson
All students must come to school in our community wear. Items can now be ordered on our online shop. You can access our online shop HERE.
If we do not feel that a student is dressed appropriately, we will contact the students' parents. Please see the page on uniform for further information.
